Our Team

Rachel earned her Bachelors from Texas A&M University, in 1995 and went on to earn her MBA at Amber University in 1999.

She started her business, in 2000, with Farmers Insurance, by opening up her own Agency. In 2020, she re-structured her business as an Independent Agency, representing multiple insurance companies, instead of just one brand. With renewed vitality, Rachel and her team re-branded themselves as "Bedrock Insurance Group - Multiple Options, Solid Solutions".

What Rachel likes most about Bedrock Insurance Group is the ability to work alongside a team of great people who share the same ideals of helping others and doing what's right for their clients. By being honest and open with their customers, the Bedrock Insurance Group empowers consumers to make the best possible decisions for their particular situations. Rachel and her husband Vlad, who is also the Vice President of Bedrock, have employed the philosophy that, "We must put our clients in a better financial position: coverage-wise, price-wise, or both. Simply put, we won't write your business if we can't put you in a better financial position".

Rachel lives in Flower Mound, Texas with her husband, Vlad and 2 stepsons, Greg & Ben. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and riding her bike. She also enjoys watching her stepson's basketball games, spending time with extended family, and travelling when time permits.

Vladimir, or "Vlad" as we call him, plays a vital role in the overall operations of Bedrock Insurance Group. Vlad has an extensive background in the Information Technology field with over 20 years of experience managing IT departments for financial companies and law firms.

He is uniquely qualified to help businesses properly cover their data security risks with his insurance and cyber security background. Although he comes with an impressive resume, including a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems and a Master's in Business Administration, from Texas A&M - Vlad is one of the most unassuming and modest people we know. At 6'8" tall, we fondly call him our Gentle Giant as he leads with a strong, but gentle spirit.

He loves to run, hike, and play basketball with his kids, Greg and Ben. Greg is a NAVY veteran and currently works as a licensed HVAC technician. Ben is a sophomore at UTD where he played varsity basketball. With two growing boys in the house, Vlad has taken an interest in cooking for the family, but finds it difficult to keep enough food in the house to satisfy their never-ending appetites!

Vlad is dedicated to the success of his family and their business, Bedrock Insurance Group. He is constantly thinking of others and never misses a chance to educate us all on the importance of cyber security and protecting our personal and client data.

George attended college at Phoenix College from 2003-2005, after he transferred to Quachita Baptist University where he pursued his passion for playing basketball. He obtained his P&C License in 2022 after a lengthy career with Amazon.

George’s excellence in the customer service environment at Amazon lead him to eventually pursue a more challenging path in the insurance industry. George has a passion for helping people and takes an interest in each individual’s needs. He is passionate about listening and doing what he can to help.

In his free time, George is a dedicated family man, and between he and his lovely wife Joanna they have 5 children, 4 sons and 1 daughter. He enjoys spending time at home on the weekends with family, friends and good food. He has a passion for sports and instills his team mentality in his children. When he is not with family, he enjoys playing basketball and being outside.

George is dedicated to the success of each client he has the privilege to work with. He currently resides in Justin, TX and is always ready for the next adventure!

Kevin was born and raised in Oklahoma for 30 years—though he hopes you won’t hold that against him. He moved to Texas in December 2005 to begin his married life with his incredible spouse.

In January 2025, Kevin joined Bedrock Insurance Group as an Account Manager. Before this, he held roles at Mathis Brothers Furniture and XTO Energy Inc. (now ExxonMobil), where he honed his skills in customer service. With 20+ years of experience in fostering exceptional client relationships and enhancing employee engagement, Kevin has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service and creating a positive environment wherever he goes.

His dedication to people and service excellence was recognized when he was named VIP of Human Resources, a testament to his ability to support, motivate, and empower others—first as employees, and now as clients at Bedrock Insurance.

Kevin lives in Highland Village, Texas, with his wonderful wife, Rebecca, and their three children—two daughters and a son. A passionate sports enthusiast, he can often be found on the sidelines of a soccer or football field or in a basketball gym cheering on his kids. When he is not at work or supporting his family’s sports activities, Kevin enjoys spending time with extended family and friends, sharing great food and good company.

Chris comes to us from Bicol, Philippines. He is one of our veteran team members, with many years of experience in both personal and commercial insurance service. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Education, he set his sights on customer service in the insurance industry. Chris now holds the role of Customer Service Manager at Bedrock, and we could not be happier about it. His calm demeanor, yet tenacious desire to help our clients has made him an absolutely invaluable member of our team..

Anime Enthusiast: When the spreadsheets are put away, you’ll find Chris immersed in anime universes. Whether he is solving mysteries or exploring distant galaxies, anime fuels his imagination and keeps him grounded.

Furry Companions: At home, his German Shepherd guards his heart, the Maltese adds a dash of playfulness, and the Himalayan cat reigns over the household with regal poise. These loyal companions remind him that empathy and loyalty are universal languages—even when insurance terms aren’t.

Fely hails from Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines. She pursued her degree in BS Accountancy, and she has demonstrated a remarkable work ethic, successfully supporting her family and embracing every experience along the way. She strongly believes in the saying, "It's not about the job that you have, it's the amazing colleagues you get to work with."

Working from home since the pandemic, Fely skillfully balances her professional life with her passions. She and her partner relish their weekend walks and jogs, enjoying the fresh pine-scented air and cool morning breeze. She is a proud mother of four wonderful children and loves experimenting with new dishes in the kitchen. Family movie nights and dining out are cherished bonding activities for her, highlighting her dedication to creating memorable experiences with her loved ones.

Karen, also known as "KM," comes to us from Quezon City, the largest city in the Philippines. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering but chose to work as an insurance assistant to prioritize spending time with her daughter. Her confidence, work ethic, communication skills, and technical expertise laid the foundation for her success in the insurance industry. Today, KM has several years of experience in the insurance sector and is a dedicated service representative for personal lines within the agency.

Outside of work, KM enjoys spending quality time with her family. They share a passion for camping and often spends weekends and holidays immersed in nature. KM also enjoys biking and camping as ways to unwind and connect with the outdoors.

Jennifer grew up in Flower Mound and lived the past 20 years in the Lake Cities area. She has three girls that are active members within Denton ISD and in our local community. Prior to obtaining her Property and Casualty License, Jennifer has been a Realtor with Re/Max and then Fathom Realty where she achieved Top Producer status and awards for her sales efforts. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kids' soccer games, and watching the Texas Rangers.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Jennifer says "Working in an environment where all of our clients are treated with the best care and the ability to provide honest and transparent guidance for each and every customer. I enjoy working with a team that puts the client first and always comes together to help each other out."
